The project
Food-and-beverage supervision where service workflows, teams and fixed show timings meet.
Across assignments in Munich, Düsseldorf and Valencia, the working environment combined the pace of an international live production with the practical demands of food-and-beverage operations. Service activity had to remain aligned with the wider rhythm of the show environment.
My role
Food & Beverage Supervisor
As Food & Beverage Supervisor, Paul supported the operational processes behind the service area, coordinated teams in the live environment and maintained clear workflows throughout on-site delivery. The role demonstrates practical supervisory responsibility without implying control of the overall production.
