THE PERSON
BEHIND THE OPERATIONS.
I am Paul Emil Haubold — an independent event professional working across operations, supervision, hospitality and team coordination.
Since becoming self-employed in March 2025, I have developed my experience in the places where event plans meet reality: live-show service areas, stadium hospitality, guest journeys and recurring field operations.
Assignments connected to Cirque du Soleil brought supervisory responsibility, team coordination and international production environments together. Work in Germany and Spain has taught me to adapt quickly while keeping communication and operational priorities clear.
I value direct collaboration, careful preparation and a calm presence on site. My aim is not to stand in front of the experience, but to contribute reliably to the work that makes it possible.
