PAUL EMIL HAUBOLD
THE WORK BEHINDTHE EXPERIENCE.
From international live productions to VIP hospitality, I support the people, workflows and operational details that turn plans into live experiences — across Germany, Spain and, subject to schedule, Europe.
EXPERIENCE
IN ACTION.
A selection of assignments across live entertainment, stadium hospitality and field operations — with the role and status of each project made clear.
02 — Find the right support
START WITH THE
PRODUCTION NEED.
Select the area closest to your brief. The assistant connects the practical scope with relevant capabilities and verified published experience — without turning the conversation into a sales funnel.

↗04 — How I work
CLARITY BEFORE.
FOCUS ON SITE.
A straightforward freelance process for understanding the assignment, agreeing the role and arriving prepared for the operational reality.
- 01
Initial conversation
We discuss the production context, dates, location and the kind of operational support the assignment requires.
- 02
Alignment & scope
Responsibilities, interfaces, travel and practical conditions are defined clearly enough for both sides to assess the collaboration.
- 03
Preparation
Available briefings, schedules and operational information are reviewed before the first on-site call.
- 04
On-site execution
On site, the focus is reliable delivery within the agreed role, clear communication and practical awareness of the wider operation.
EXPERIENCE
BEYOND BORDERS.
The map connects confirmed assignments in Germany and Spain with the work behind each location. Further European projects are possible, subject to schedule and agreement.
07 — Project FAQ
WHAT TO KNOW
BEFORE WE TALK.
Enquiries can cover event operations, F&B supervision, team coordination, VIP hospitality, live entertainment, brand experiences and retail field operations. The exact responsibilities are agreed for each project.
Yes. I work on a freelance, project-based basis and adapt to the existing production structure, lines of communication and agreed on-site role.
Yes, subject to dates, location, scope and individual agreement. Longer assignments are assessed with the same attention to travel, accommodation and operational responsibilities.
My confirmed project experience includes Germany and Spain. Enquiries for assignments elsewhere in Europe are welcome and reviewed according to schedule and the practical conditions of the project.
German is my native language. I work in English at B2 level and Spanish at B1 level, which supports collaboration in international team and guest environments.
No. The public calendar is a planning aid. Availability, scope and the assignment itself are confirmed only after individual review and agreement.
Yes. You can send a general inquiry to discuss a different period or another practical arrangement. The form will clearly flag the conflict before submission.
Travel and accommodation are agreed project by project. They can be arranged by the client, by me or through a mixed arrangement, depending on the assignment.
Share the dates, location, expected responsibilities and any known operating conditions. Budget information is optional; there are no public standard rates because each scope is assessed individually.
The information is reviewed as a project inquiry. Submission does not create an automatic booking or contract acceptance, and the site only confirms delivery when the configured service returns a successful response.
Yes. The bilingual PDF summarises my working profile, core capabilities, verified completed assignments and clearly marked upcoming work for internal review or project discussions.
Not necessarily. Brand names identify the documented event or assignment environment; they do not imply endorsement, sponsorship or a direct contractual relationship.
